User account

If you are a new agent member of Villa Group, you must create a new account to access our exclusive Agent Central. Once your account has been approved you will be able to log in. New account approvals may take anywhere from 24 - 48 hours to be processed and you will be notified via e-mail once your account has been approved.  If you are not registered with the State of California Department of Real Estate as an agent with Villa Group, your request for a new account at villagroupcorp.com will be ignored.

A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.

Provide your mailing address, including street address, state and zip code.

Provide your phone number, area code first in the following format: (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Provide your California Department of Real Estate License Number. 

Your N.M.L.S. Number if you are an agent who is doing loans.

By creating a new account, you agree not to share your password or let anyone else access our tools through your account.
